REFUND & RETURN POLICY — NAZLY STORE

At Nazly Store, your satisfaction matters. If something is not 
right with your order, we will fix it.

7-DAY EASY RETURNS
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving 
your order if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item or wrong size
- The item is significantly different from what was shown

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original 
condition, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email us at nazlystores@gmail.com within 7 days of 
delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo or short video of the item showing the issue

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and guide 
you through the return process.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will 
be processed within 5-7 working days. For Cash on Delivery 
orders, refunds are sent via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or 
JazzCash — whichever you prefer.

EXCHANGES
If you received a wrong size or defective item, we will ship a 
replacement free of charge after the returned item is received.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless 
defective: personal care products, beauty and skincare items 
with broken seals, and undergarments.

RETURN SHIPPING
If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we 
cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for any other 
reason, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is 
dispatched by contacting us at nazlystores@gmail.com.
