SHIPPING POLICY — NAZLY STORE

At Nazly Store, we work to get your order to you as quickly as 
possible, anywhere in Pakistan.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 6:00 PM are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM are shipped the next working day.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are shipped on the 
next working day.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan, 
depending on your city. Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, 
Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) usually receive orders 
faster, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

DELIVERY CHARGES
- FREE delivery on all orders above Rs. 1,500
- A standard delivery fee applies on orders below Rs. 1,500, 
  shown at checkout before you confirm your order

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Pay only when your 
parcel reaches your door. Please keep the exact amount ready 
for a smooth handover.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation 
with tracking details so you can follow your parcel until it 
arrives.

DELAYS
While we always aim for 3-5 working days, delivery may 
occasionally be delayed due to courier issues, weather 
conditions, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience 
in such cases.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your name, phone number, and complete 
address when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete 
details may result in delivery failure or delays.
