OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Nazly Store. Throughout the site, 
the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nazly Store. By visiting 
our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or 
have guardian consent. You may not use our products or site for 
any illegal purpose, and you must not transmit any viruses or 
harmful code.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS & PRICING
We make every effort to display product colors and images 
accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen's display will 
be exact. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change 
without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or 
discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including 
orders that appear fraudulent or placed by resellers. If we 
cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact details 
you provided. You agree to provide accurate and complete 
information (name, phone, address) when ordering — incorrect 
details may result in failed delivery.

SECTION 4 — CASH ON DELIVERY
For COD orders, payment is due in full at the time of delivery. 
Repeatedly refusing COD parcels without reason may result in 
future orders requiring advance payment.

SECTION 5 — DELIVERY
Orders are normally delivered within 5-7 working days across 
Pakistan. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, 
weather, or public holidays. Free delivery applies on orders 
above Rs. 1,500.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available 
on this website.

SECTION 7 — ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Occasionally there may be information on our site containing 
typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to descriptions, 
pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any 
errors and update information at any time, including after an 
order has been placed.

SECTION 8 — PROHIBITED USES
You may not use this site: for any unlawful purpose; to infringe 
our or others' intellectual property; to harass or abuse anyone; 
to submit false information; to upload malicious code; or to 
spam, scrape, or interfere with the site's security.

extent permitted by law, Nazly Store shall not be liable for any 
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your
